Title:  Executive Assistant

Description: Provides support to the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) and the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to include composing correspondence, coordinating appointments through MS Outlook, and coordinating meetings including transcription of meeting minutes for the Executive Governing Committee, Executive Management Team, Executive Committee of the Medical Staff, and Management Forum.   Performs all duties related to physician credentialing including appointment and reappointment.   Ensures all Medical Staff are current in licensure, malpractice, DEA/MCSR, CPR and all required training.  Coordinates and maintains certificates, licenses and registrations for the organization;  Coordinates the Continuing Medical Staff Education Program; medical student and resident training schedule and evaluations; scheduling and supervision for nurse practitioners; Medical Staff on call schedules and oversees daily in house mail distribution.

Opening:   (1) full time position works Monday through Friday

Qualifications:  At least 3 years experience supporting an Executive;  previous experience working in behavioral health environment is preferred.  Excellent typing and editing skills; Has command of Basic English including spelling, grammar, and the drafting of correspondence.  Strong interpersonal, communication and organization skills are required. Candidate will be proficient with all Microsoft Office applications.
