Visitor Information
Visitors are welcome during scheduled visiting hours, which vary by unit. (See the list below.) If these times do not work for you, you are welcome to come at other times and check in at the main lobby. We ask that you wait there until we can confirm that the patient is available for a visit. The Hospital tries to balance patient treatment with the right to have visitors to ensure that treatment goals are achieved. All visitors must check in with the receptionist when they arrive on campus. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Visits by members of the clergy, attorneys and legal advocates are also encouraged and may occur at any time if the patient approves. It is important to note that any packages or bags that are to be given to a patient will be searched by staff to maintain safety standards. In addition, due to privacy laws, staff may not confirm or deny a person’s presence at this facility.
• Dodge, Stedman House and Emerson I:
Mon. to Fri. 6-8 p.m./Weekends & Holidays 2-8 p.m.
• Emerson II:
Tues. & Sun 6-7 p.m.
